Shipping & Return Policy

Domestic Shipping

For orders $39.99 & under and within the continental United States (not including Alaska or Hawaii), we're offering free shipping via USPS Standard First Class Mail Service. We also offer a faster shipping service 2-3 days Priority Mail for an additional charge with free tracking. Once your order has shipped, you may track your package using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. We  require 3-10 business days to process all orders, shipping time-frame is calculated after the processing time-frame.

All Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped via USPS express and surcharges apply. 

International shipping is available, please email us using the "contact us" form on our website to request pricing for your package based on destination.

Expected Delivery Times:

§ USPS Domestic Standard Shipping (free shipping): Within 5-10 business days from the time your package is confirmed and departs our warehouse. 

§ If you paid the additional shipping charge of $10 you will receive your order much faster usually 2-3 days with tracking. (The processing time-frame still applies)

How long will it take to receive my order?

In most cases if you pay for Priority Mail you will receive your package in 2-3  days from the time it is shipped from our warehouse depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

Standard First Class Mail 5-10 days

International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. 

 

Please note that delivery times do not include the initial 3-10 business days requested for processing.

Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or the following holidays:

§  New Year’s Day (January 1st); Memorial Day (the last Monday in May); Independence Day (July 4th); Labor Day (the first Monday in September);  Thanksgiving Day (the fourth Thursday in November); Day after Thanksgiving; Christmas Day (December 25th);  New Year’s Eve (December 31st)

Miracles Fashion Boutique will not be responsible for shipping reimbursement due to the following issues:

  • Wrong address is input at time of order by customer
  • Post Office error or error of delivery person
  • Package is left with another party or at a location 
  • Package refused by the customer - if the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to Miracles Fashion Boutique. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. 
  • Miracles Fashion Boutique will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivered. It is our customers responsibility to accept their packages during the time of delivery or make proper arrangements with their local post office.

Miracles Fashion Boutique will cover return shipping costs if there is a mistake with your order made by Miracles Fashion Boutique during fulfillment.

 

Our Return Policy

Not that you would want to return your lovely item :) But, if you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise.

Your return request must be submitted via our new return center.

Please repackage the item(s) in the original packaging and garment bag it arrived in with manufacturer tags attached.  Items must be UNWORN AND UNWASHED.

ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

Exchanges will be treated as a return, if you have an item you which to return for a different size, color or style it will be treated as a return. Please visit our Returns Center by clicking the link provided above or at the bottom of our website.  Upon receiving the original item back and if approved we will issue store credit so that you can re-purchase the desired item.

  • . Please make sure to use a USPS shipping method with tracking. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and approved store credit will be issued within 3-4 days after receiving your return; email notification will be sent at that time.  

Please note returns on a single order can only be processed once. 

We do not issue lipstick rewards on a return orders

**Please be advised we will not accept returns that consist of pet  hair as this is considered damaged. If item(s) received has any traces of animal  hairs your return will be rejected and the item will be sent back to you. NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

Store Credits On Return Items: A store credit will be issued within 3-4 business days after we process the return. We will issue a coupon code valued in the amount of your return. Coupon Codes has no cash value and has an expiration of 60 days.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges when sending items back to Miracles Fashion Boutique for a return.

When using your boutique store credit you must use the complete balance during checkout. Any unused credit balance under the amount of $10 will be refunded back to the credit card used. Any balance over the amount of $10  will be issued a new coupon code with a 30 day expiration date.

 

 Shipping charges for returns:  If an order fulfillment mistake was made on the part of Miracles Fashion Boutique we will cover the shipping cost up to $5.50

If your return is simply a request based on dislike, or sizing, customers are responsible for minimal shipping charges for new items of $5.50.

Please note we operate a high demand fashion store so if the item you wish to return is out of stock we will grant you an in-store credit for the full purchase amount.

Holiday exchanges will be treated as a return.
